We process personal data only in accordance with legal regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 What Data We Collect

When visiting our website or using our AI services, the following data may be collected:

Registration & Account:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed via Stripe & PayPal)

Use of AI Services:

  • User-generated content (chats, images, videos, voice data) → Encrypted and accessible only to the user
  • API keys (optional, if the user chooses to use their own API keys)

Automatic Collection:

  • Partially anonymized IP addresses (by our hosting provider)
  • Usage data through Google Analytics 4
  • Cookies & tracking data (see Section 5)

2.2 Why We Use This Data

  • To provide our platform and AI services: Enabling user registration, login, and AI functionalities.
  • For internal analytics & optimization: We analyze website usage with Google Analytics 4.
  • For payment processing: Payments are processed through Stripe & PayPal (we do not store any payment data).

3. Data Storage & Deletion

  • User-generated content (chats, images, videos, voice data):
    • Stored in an encrypted format, accessible only to the user
    • No access for us or third parties
    • Possible deletion after 6 months of inactivity
  • Account & Profile Data: Can be viewed and modified in the user profile.
  • Tracking Data: Stored according to Google Analytics 4 policies.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share personal data.
  • Payment Processing: Handled directly via Stripe & PayPal → We do not access payment details.
  • Hosting: Our website is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by Hostinger. Only employees of HANETZOK Medien UG have access.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following tracking and analytics tools:
✅ Google Analytics 4 – to analyze website usage anonymously
✅ Google AdSense – for displaying advertisements
✅ Session cookies – for login sessions
